Woodmont Clubhouse can accommodate 124 guests for dinner using round and rectangle tables.  For meetings, sitting classroom style without tables, 125-140 attendees.

Main room (23’ x 57’) plus a dance floor (15' x 23').  Picture shows set up for 64 guests using 8 - 60" round tables with 8 chairs per table.

Enclosed porch (12' x 60') shown in photo with 8 - 30" x 72" rectangle tables with 6 chairs per table.  This area of the building is most often used for reception and buffet service.  Bar service area located on the West end of porch.

Included with the rental:  10 - 60" round, 2 - 42" round, 2 - 46" tables and    20 - 30"x 72" rectangle tables and 140 chairs at no extra charge.

Optional furnishings rental per-event:  ceiling mounted projector, pull down projection screen, cordless microphone, sound system (speakers in main hall, porch and kitchen), table linens.

Our catering (heat and serve only) kitchen shown below is included with each rental and includes a standard range with four burners and oven, microwave, two additional counter top burners and standard size refrigerator.  No ice is furnished.
