Rental Fee Choices (includes tables, chairs, catering kitchen and the ability to bring your own food and liquor)

 

Full Day

• Sunday - Friday Full Day (9 a.m.-  Midnight) $700.00 Plus Tax

• Saturday Full Day (9 a.m.- Midnight) $975.00 Plus Tax

4 Hour Minimum (between the hours of 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. or 5 p.m.- Midnight)

• Sunday-Friday $365.00 Plus Tax

• Extra Hour Rate Sunday-Friday $65.00 Each additional hour Plus Tax

• Saturday $450.00 Four-hour rental Plus Tax

• Extra Hour Rate Saturday $85.00 Each additional hour Plus Tax

• $200 Security Deposit Required for all rentals ... Deposit is due when contract is signed (cash, credit cards,check or money order) and returned to you within two weeks following successful completion of your event

Contracts are written on a first-come, first-served basis...We cannot hold a date.  Contract times include set-up, event and cleanup. Contract balance is due in full 60 days in prior to event.   Partial payments may be made at any time.
